Subscriptions

Subscription Portal

We use Stripe as our trusted subscription platform. If you are an organization administrator, you can access your subscription from the Organization detail view (Navigate to Organizations). Click the Open Subscription Portal link to modify or cancel your subscription.

Subscription Periods

Subscriptions are pre-paid and non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
You can choose to upgrade your subscription mid-cycle and the difference in cost will be pro-rated.
