The organization view allows you to modify your name and timezone. This information is used as part of entries grid and is different from your billing account information which is managed through your subscription.
The projects tab shows a list of all projects tied to your organization. The number of projects you can have in your organization is limited based on the subscription type you selected. If you need to increase the number of projects, manage your subscription in the Subscriptions tab.
This section lists the users within your organization that can log in and manage entries. You can use the Invite link within this grid to add other users with the option to add them as billing administrators.
Users who are administrators can invite other users and manage projects in more detail.
Organization administrators also have access to see and manage your subscription.
We use Stripe as a trusted platform to manage subscriptions. From this grid, you can view your subscription history and access the Stripe subscription portal. If you need to modify or cancel your subscription, click the Open Subscription Portal link next to the subscription you want to manage.
